We are seeking $275,000 for the Director of Missions and Associate Director of Missions positions. Our directors are:
- Planning and coordinating every aspect for multiple groups traveling to different cities on International mission trips in Belize, Guatemala, Sri Lanka, Rome and more.
- Vetting, training and managing over 500 prayer minister volunteers from 50 Encounter Satellite schools all over the world.
- Providing leadership, management and coordination of logistics, administrators and translators while in country on mission.
- Strategically finding and piloting new locations for additional mission trips.
- Developing synergistic partnerships within each country to cast a bigger net and reach more.
